ACL rehab & injury prevention

Having vast experience in sports injury prevention, we can design the perfect program to get you back or keep you in your game. We draw on evidence-based approaches that have shown to reduce the risk of ACL injuries by up to 68%, all knee injuries by 50%, hamstring and adductor injuries by 42%, and ankle injuries by 40%.

The team

Callum Law MPhty, PGDipPhty, BPhty
Callum Law _ Physiotherapist

Since earning his Bachelor's of Physiotherapy with distinction in 2017, Callum has honed advanced skills with diverse clients, including children, older adults, and high-performance athletes. He completed his Postgraduate Diploma in 2021 and Master's in Physiotherapy in 2022, both with distinction. Callum was awarded the Stanley Paris Scholarship and the Mark Stepoe Award for being top of his class during his postgraduate studies. He also holds certificates in orthopaedic manipulative therapy and dry needling. Additionally, Callum has published work on promoting cultural safety in healthcare and preventing adductor injuries in football players.

Callum was raised in Island Bay. Aside from a few spells at Otago University in Dunedin, he has spent most of his life on the South Coast and is proud to support its community.

Callum has played nearly every sport under the sun but now spends most Saturdays as the team physiotherapist for regional and national level sports teams. When he's not working, you might find him searching for his lost ball on the Berhampore golf course or playing for the IBUFC Tingers.

Bonnie Grealish BPhty

Bonnie graduated from Otago University with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2023, inspired by her love for sports, injury rehabilitation and prevention. Bonnie enjoys working with clients of all ages and abilities, from competitive athletes to children, tailoring individualized treatment plans to help each person achieve their goals.  She also brings valuable experience having worked with premier and regional club rugby teams across Wellington and Dunedin. 

Having grown up in a small community in Gisborne, Bonnie values the importance of whānau-centred care and taking a holistic approach to her treatments. Outside of mahi, you’ll catch her training at Māia CrossFit, spending time at the beach, watching sports or catching up with whānau.
